White wine made from 100% Prensal Blanc, a native grape from Mallorca.

Elaboration
Fermented and macerated with its skins for 3 months, then aged for 8 months without the skins inside a 1000 L clay amphora, in addition to a period of 9 months inside the bottle before going on the market.

Unstabilized, unfiltered wine made with minimal intervention.

Tasting
View: Straw yellow color with golden reflections. Clean and bright.

Nose: Soft aroma of sea sand mixed with wild wheat. Wild herbs such as citronella, and fruits such as loquats and figs. Mineral notes and limestone rock.

Palate: Very fresh wine with good acidity and good body. A very fine wine with nuances
minerals and salines typical of our terroir.
