Can Vidalet

The heart of our wines in Mallorca

Located in a unique location, with calcareous rocks, fossils and clay, the 10 hectare vineyard. It is made up of 10 small plots cultivated with native and international varieties.

With an approximate average production of 1.5 to 2 kg of grapes per year per vine, and organic management of the land and vineyard, without using synthetic products, the vineyard is trained on trellises, with the Royat cordon pruning system.
